At The Wear Test, we're committed to getting your fragrance samples to you quickly and safely.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to: Continental United States only (48 contiguous states)
We do not ship to:
- Alaska or Hawaii
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)
- International destinations
- PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We are always evaluating our shipping coverage. Please check back for updates.
Processing Time
- Standard Processing: Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends begin processing on the next business day
- Holiday Processing: Processing times may be extended during major holidays
Shipping Methods & Times
- Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days - $7.95
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days* - $15.95
- Free Shipping: Economy shipping available on orders over $85
*Excluding weather-related impacts as determined by USPS.
Shipping Restrictions
Important: Due to shipping regulations for alcohol-based products (fragrances), we currently limit shipping to the continental United States.
Packaging
We take care to ensure your fragrance decants arrive safely:
- Each decant is individually packaged in a sealed atomizer with tape to prevent leakage
- Protective cushioning materials surround each item
- Secure outer packaging for safe transit
Tracking Information
- Tracking numbers provided via email once shipped
- Track your order through our shipping partners
- Delivery confirmation available
Delivery Issues
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to assist you
- Please note: We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout or items stolen after successful delivery
Shipping During Extreme Weather
The Wear Test is not responsible for delays on the part of our delivery partners. Extreme temperatures during transit can affect fragrances. If your order arrives during very hot or cold weather (below 32°F or above 90°F), allow the fragrances to return to room temperature before testing for the best sampling experience.
