At The Wear Test, we want you to be satisfied with your fragrance decant purchases. This policy outlines our refund and return procedures.
General Policy
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used decants. However, we understand that issues can arise and will work with you to resolve them.
Eligible Refunds
We will provide refunds or replacements in the following situations:
- Damaged Products: Items damaged during shipping
- Incorrect Orders: Wrong fragrance or size sent
- Defective Products: Leaking containers
- Non-Delivery: Orders that fail to arrive within reasonable timeframes
Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind or fragrance preference
- Allergic reactions (please test carefully)
- Normal fragrance performance variations
- Orders placed more than 30 days ago
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report an issue:

Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Keep all packaging materials
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue
